Innovations

In addition to high-performance molds, process optimization and article development, we have developed new products related to extrusion blow molding in recent years:

PPR - push pull ring

With the help of the PPR (a statically adjustable die tool), we can manipulate the plastic parison in such a way that the raw material is exactly where it is needed and the container, despite reduced weight, fulfills its physically required properties and can be produced faster and more cost-effectively. In addition, the PPR is easily adjustable and, after a short training session, your employees will be able to optimize articles independently.

AGD - anti glug device

Often the emptying of plastic containers is not a simple matter, it takes too long and often a part of the filling good misses. This is very annoying and often dangerous. In close cooperation with our customers, we have developed a venting system that is easy and cost-effective to produce. Container emptying can thus be carried out up to 50% faster and without any splashing or gurgling

CBP - collapsible blow pin

Do you need to produce a container with an internal thread? Then our CBP system is just right for you. Save valuable cycle time, which is lost with unscrewing. Our CBP system demolds in a split second, without any risk of damaging the thread. No expensive machine hardware is required (unscrewing device). Our system has been used several times for both drums and canisters and has proven itself in practice.

SCO - shell cooling

With our shell cooling system, which has been continuously optimized over the past decades, we guarantee an optimized cooling system. Here, the cooling follows the contour of the container exactly. More than 80% of the container surface is thus cooled directly with always the same thermal behavior. This is the only way to prevent deformations in the cooling process outside the blow mold. Shortest cycle times, minimum energy consumption and round necks, these are only three of the countless advantages of our SCO system.
